Indian martial art Kalari Payattu is the oldest martial art tradition dating back more than 6,000 years. It is considered the founder of all martial arts.

The training system includes exercises for developing flexibility and mobility of the body, self-defense techniques without weapons, fights with swords, knives, sticks, as well as the mysterious science of vital points, medical knowledge for healing wounds and injuries.

Kalari Payattu has many techniques of dynamic yoga. It is these mysterious techniques that provide practitioners with access to Shakti energies - the energies of spiritual growth and actions in the social world.

Training is traditionally held in temples specially built for this purpose - the temples of Kalari.

Classes are conducted under the guidance of guru-trainers, which allows beginners to perform the correct setting of movements and quickly memorize the sequence. Kalaripayattu is a lifestyle, a way of self-improvement, a way of physical and spiritual development. One of its main principles is the absolute coordination of the mind, body and energy.
