These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and VEDA Heals ("VEDA°", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of vedaheals.com and our wellness programmes, coaching, and botanical products (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
VEDA° provides educational, integrative wellness coaching. We are not a medical provider, and nothing on this site or in a coaching session is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our botanicals and protocols are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulator. Always consult a licensed physician before starting any new wellness programme, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Founding-member pricing is locked for as long as your membership remains active without a lapse in payment. We may change prices for new members at any time; changes will not affect your locked-in rate while your membership continues uninterrupted.
Members on a coached plan (Ascend° or Circle°) who (a) attend all scheduled coaching sessions in their 90-day protocol and log their data for each session, and (b) see their Vitality Score improve by fewer than 15 points from baseline to Day 90, may request a refund of amounts paid for that protocol plus an additional 10%. Requests must be made within 14 days of completing the 90-day protocol by emailing hello@vedaheals.com; approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. All content on vedaheals.com — including text, protocols, graphics, and the VEDA° name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEDA Heals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law — for example, some jurisdictions do not allow liability limits for gross negligence or in certain consumer-protection contexts, in which case the limit that applies will be the minimum required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer located in the United States, nothing in this section is intended to override any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your home state, which continue to apply regardless of this governing-law clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
